Responsibilities

Support the goals and initiatives of the Field Sales Enablement team, which focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Sales Organization
Identify gaps in training content and assist in building a library of presentation decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials for sales training
Actively document best practices and process improvements to drive efficiencies
Conduct field analysis by meeting with sales reps to assess tools, optimize processes, and identify key success behaviors
Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop impactful training content

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Communications, Education, Design, Marketing, or a related field
Local to Boston, MA or Denver, CO and able to meet in-office expectations

Preferred

Open to sophomores and above; exceptional freshmen will be considered
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and use of AI as a ‘teammate'
Interest or experience in content development, programming, or training materials is a plus
Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong follow through on projects
Comfortable learning new technology, including Learning and Content Management Systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with team members across various departments
Outgoing and confident, able to build relationships and take initiative, especially in a hybrid work environment
