Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the customer service team responsible for processing license and boat registration requests
Ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with policies across all customer service channels, including phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions
Monitoring daily workflow to ensure timely response to calls, emails, online applications, and walk-in customers
Handling complex or escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency
Working closely with the License Director to implement strategic initiatives, improve service delivery, and ensure compliance with agency goals and policies
Qualification
Required

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once

Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 8-10 years of experience, two years of which must have included line or project supervision
