Future Opening: Office & Customer Support Specialist
TPE Solutions, a thermoplastic elastomer supplier and formulator, is seeking a high-caliber Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing administrative tasks, effective communication with customers, and ensuring timely completion of all tasks and projects.

Responsibilities
Receive and process purchase orders from customers
Use data to forecast and plan for production to meet customer needs
Track inventory, maintain accurate records in databases
Calculate pricing and profit margins
Calculate and procure raw material needs for production runs
Arrange freight and prepare shipping documents for both domestic and international shipments
Answer customer and vendor inquiries in a precise and timely manner
Work directly with the company President to develop business opportunities
Assist in other office tasks and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree
Mathematics and data analysis competency
Microsoft Office Suite expertise (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong critical thinking skills
Customer oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
QuickBooks experience or similar accounting software
Experience with shipping/receiving documents and/or inventory systems
