Responsibilities
Providing caregiver coaching and support
Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
Experience collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide caregiver coaching and support
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
