Program Manager II, Materials Management, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure on-time equipment delivery while proactively expediting orders and mitigating logistical risks
Manage stage-gate deliverables and oversee project-level change management to maintain schedule integrity. Develop and implement standardized processes for contractors to use during the formal approval and acceptance of on-site shipments
Report status updates and manage escalations for all stakeholders at both the project and program levels
Monitor execution Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against committed Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and ensure Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) scope alignment, including the review of redacted Purchase Order (PO) documentation and delivery logistics. Oversee the transfer of responsibility between vendors and sites, identifying and closing potential scope gaps
Drive risk identification and mitigation activities with the General Contractor (GC), focusing on ownership transfer, equipment protection plans, and loose-ship material management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in material management and supply chain delivery
Experience in risk identification and mitigation
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
