Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to convert business requirements into clear technical designs and testable solutions
Design, develop, and maintain ERP customizations using C#.NET and T-SQL on a cloud-based xRP platform
Build, enhance, and support REST API integrations with ERP web services and third-party applications
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and generic inquiries to improve system usability and data visibility
Perform unit testing and workflow testing for new developments and upgrades; support UAT activities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing reliable support in collaboration with internal teams and clients
Maintain clean source control practices and comprehensive technical documentation
Stay current with platform updates, development frameworks, and industry best practices
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and internal teams
Manage multiple development tasks and priorities in a collaborative delivery environment
Maintain accurate documentation of development work, project updates, and support activities
Participate in project planning, coordination meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Actively pursue ongoing learning, certifications, and skill development related to ERP technologies
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise with ERP developer tools and cloud-based xRP platforms
Proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET (Classic UI), and TypeScript (Modern UI)
Experience using Visual Studio and Git/GitHub (or similar version control systems)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS
Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Solid understanding of ERP workflows, customization practices, and business process automation
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams
3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting ERP solutions using C#.NET and T-SQL
Proven experience delivering customized ERP implementations across multiple business domains
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
Relevant ERP application developer certification required
Preferred
Familiarity with accounting concepts and business domains such as distribution, manufacturing, construction, or services is an advantage
Integration or mobile certifications are a plus
