Lead the development and productionization of advanced AI solutions
Develop core infrastructure leveraging large language models and other generative AI technologies to enhance decision-making processes
Automate complex risk assessment tasks
Improve operational efficiency in selling partner risk management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of engineering team management experience
7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience managing and deploying ML products
Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems, or experience in developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU or other AI acceleration hardware
Preferred
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
5+ years of software development experience with expertise in distributed systems, data processing, and ML infrastructure
Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Proficiency with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and large-scale data processing frameworks
