Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with approximately $2.5 million in premiums and $300,000 in commission
Handle small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural policies
Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions
Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes
Quote new business (20%) and renewal business (80%)
Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if necessary)
Qualification
Required
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State
Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience
Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for higher compensation
Easy-going and adaptable personality
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training available)
