Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in the beauty industry (makeup focus mandatory), with a proven track record in training leadership
Exceptional makeup artistry, paired with outstanding presentation and training skills to engage and educate effectively
Deep industry knowledge, sharp consumer acumen, and a keen sensitivity to makeup trends and client preferences
Standard and fluent Mandarin, proficient in English reading and writing, with oral English communication skills preferred
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
An unwavering dedication to makeup artistry and Dior's legacy, with the ability to inspire others
