Maintain SQL databases; build queries for mailings, promotions, and segmentation
Generate and analyze monthly reports on offers, events, and redemption performance
Support Marketing and Finance with data insights and reporting needs
Manage player database accuracy, including points, comps, and tracking
Develop, produce, and distribute standard and custom reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years of database analysis experience in casino operations
Strong SQL skills, including Query Analyzer and Enterprise Manager
Proficiency in Access, Excel, and Crystal Reports
Knowledge of casino marketing concepts, including theoretical win and segmentation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
