Responsibilities

Manage complex schedules, coordinate and execute detail-sensitive meetings, plan intricate travel itineraries, liaise with internal business units and external parties, and offer support for key projects
Work closely with the EA team’s leadership and EA managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments as they arise

Qualification

Productivity software proficiencyMicrosoft Office SuiteAttention to detailOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

At least seven years of relevant experience
Proven ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and adopting Generative AI into workflows
Keen attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working independently and as part of a team

Preferred

a bachelor's degree
proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook)
Experience in client services or other customer-focused roles
