Responsibilities
Processing all customer payoffs
Pull images from our system of record
Process and image return mail
Assemble main packages for clients
Record data into Excel spreadsheets (i.e., enter the number of items processed each day, keep track of deliverables, record any client issues)
Qualification
Required
Available to work M-F 8:30 am - 5 pm Eastern
High School diploma or GED
Minimum one (1) year experience, specifically performing data entry
Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply our workplace values
Preferred
Prior database or scanning experience
