The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) oversees building and maintaining the nation’s 5th largest interstate system and the 3rd largest number of bridges. They are seeking a Transportation Engineer 1 to complete a 12-month training plan and rotation through core engineering disciplines, gaining hands-on experience alongside professional engineers.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Accepted for Basic Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (EIT exam) by Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors
Valid driver's license

All bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one-year probationary period
