Apply electrical and control engineering principles to improve process reliability, safety, and performance
Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including call-ins
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
Qualification
Required
Applied knowledge of control systems modeling, tuning, and stability
Ability to analyze electrical and control system behavior using first principles and data-driven methods
Experience interpreting electrical schematics, control narratives, and functional specifications
Drive systems and closed-loop motor control
Signal Analysis (time domain and frequency domain)
Understanding of power systems
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers
Preferred
Siemens PLC and VFD experience
Knowledge of Cold Mill processes
Four-year electrical engineering degree
Human Machine Interface (HMI) experience
