Responsibilities
Develop and execute local trade marketing plans
Create sales enablement tools (presentations, brochures, samples, digital content)
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
Lead price positioning and margin delivery by product category in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams
Generate leads and strengthen customer relationships through events and trade shows
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
Act as the key liaison between local teams and Group Marketing
Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent use of global marketing guidelines
Support website, digital presence, media plans, and sales training
Qualification
Required
Experience in manufacturing/packaging and multinational companies highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years' experience in trade marketing or related B2B roles
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence Sales teams through data-driven insights
Fluent Spanish and English required
