Responsibilities
Work across a range of brand campaigns and pitches
Collaborate closely with the UK Creative Team and Medical Writers
Work in close collaboration with the Chief Creative Officer
Demonstrate big thinking and add value to every project
Answer the brief with simple, relevant and unexpected ideas
Adapt to the needs of each audience and turn insights into engaging conceptual thinking
Manage time effectively and ascertain when to deep dive on projects or keep things light
Qualification
Required
Significant healthcare advertising experience
Conceptual and innovative – able to visualise concepts through scamps or rough mock-ups
Highly creative and strategic
Strong presentation skills, internally and to clients where necessary
Multi-disciplined and be able to execute your ideas across any medium
Strong understanding of health environment and how to galvanise/drive creative opportunities
Ideally have decent hands-on design skills and able to take concepts to next level visually
Strong integrated portfolio containing solid healthcare work and samples, with solid creative nature
A passion for all things creative and advertising
Resilience to keep going in a fast paced environment
Thrive on working in a high energy and fast paced environment, where no two days are the same
