Responsibilities
Deploy AI/ML models and develop AI/ML applications that optimize developer productivity, streamline development workflows, and automate repetitive tasks. This may include test code generation, debugging assistance, and other productivity enhancing tools
Prepare technical documentation, including model architectures, algorithms, and implementation details. Present findings, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Collect and pre-process data, build and train AI/ML models using various algorithms and techniques, and evaluate their performance
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers, to understand their needs and pain points
Collaborate effectively to define and implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions that address these tests and improve overall developer productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Generative AI, Generative AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), or another ML field
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in academic or industry setting
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
Experience with C++ and SQL
Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms
Passion for Machine Learning, data analysis and developer tools
