Responsibilities

Deploys and configures cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or other supported platforms
Supports day-to-day operations of cloud environments, ensuring performance, security, and availability
Assists in developing automation scripts and templates to standardize infrastructure provisioning
Monitors cloud usage, optimizes resources, and contributes to cost management practices
Partners with application and infrastructure teams to support cloud integration and migrations
Implements backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures for cloud systems
Supports the application of cloud security controls and collaborates with security teams on compliance
Troubleshoots cloud-related issues and performs root cause analysis to resolve incidents
Documents processes, configurations, and standards to support knowledge sharing and consistency
Stays current with cloud tools and technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Supports cloud application deployment, ensuring they are properly configured and aligned with business requirements
Participates in the implementation of cloud automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
Works on projects and assignments as part of a large work team
Performs accurate analyses, conducts research, and draws meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts
Draws from prior experience, interprets facts, and identifies incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems
Uses innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team
Effectively applies functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges
Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals
Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues
Performs other duties as needed

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles, industry practices and standards
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
Proficient using Microsoft Suite of products

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security, monitoring) preferred
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using GitHub and tools like Terraform or Bicep preferred
Proficiency of cloud networking (VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, firewalls, DNS, load balancers) preferred
Working knowledge of DevOps principles and agile methodologies preferred
