Support the Product Owner in capturing and analyzing end-user requirements
Engage with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit high-value requirements and prioritize backlog items
Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accurate requirement translation and traceability throughout the development life cycle
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
Experience required in the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of UML and BPMN required
Proficiency in English
Preferred
Requirements Engineering background preferred; certification preferred (e.g., CPRE)
