Automation System Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
Define and drive the automation roadmap across functions
Establish "pure manual" headcount baselines to accurately assess and justify return on investment (ROI) for future automation investments and Process Documentation. Oversee the documentation of automated processes
Coordinate with the Systems team to standardize factory data collection and develop real-time monitoring dashboards for Capability Process Index (CPK) information and line status
Identify and evaluate strategic automation partners and vendors to scale technology deployment
Executive Communication: Represent the Technical Operations team in Steering Committees, providing updates on automation ROI, headcount savings, and technical readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of technical program management or equivalent experience in hardware manufacturing or operations
Experience in factory processes, specifically SMT, FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Packout), and quality inspection systems
Preferred
Experience in ROI methodology, statistical analysis, and managing headcount/capital expenditure rollups
Ability to assess the technical complexity of automation Network Threat Intelligence (NTI) and align technology development with product roadmaps
Ability to influence cross-functional leads and drive consensus across different business units and regions
