Responsibilities

Prospect and engage supply chain leaders at ICP-aligned companies through outbound outreach and discovery conversations
Consistently generate qualified meetings that convert into ~8 Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) per month
Maintain a clean, intentional pipeline focused on fit and timing
Meet weekly activity expectations across calls, email, and social channels
Run structured outreach with a bias toward learning what works and why
Log interactions accurately in the CRM to ensure real visibility into pipeline and performance
Communicate Silq’s value clearly across technology, service, and execution—not buzzwords
Work closely with Account Executives to refine qualification, handoff, and follow-up
Participate in improving targeting, messaging, and sales development processes
Raise issues early and contribute to solutions that make the system better

Reliable execution that the rest of the sales team can plan around

Preferred

Prior B2B or startup sales experience (helpful, not required)
Interest in how technology and data can materially improve logistics outcomes
