This role focuses on middleware integration efforts supporting electronic health record (EHR) systems and requires strong Agile delivery, program coordination, and stakeholder management skills within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Provide Agile project and program management support across multiple delivery teams
Coordinate middleware integration efforts between internal and external healthcare systems
Partner with leadership and Scrum teams to align value streams and support program execution
Track and report on project performance, including schedule, risks, dependencies, and milestones
Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and support executive communications
Apply Scaled Agile (SAFe) and product-centric delivery practices to drive continuous process improvement
Collaborate with testing, scheduling, and enterprise integration teams to ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience, including IT project management
Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
Experience managing schedules, risks, and performance metrics in complex IT environments
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline (Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Preferred
Experience supporting healthcare IT or EHR initiatives
Familiarity with large-scale enterprise or federal programs
SAFe, Agile, or Project Management certification
