Responsibilities
Contract Analysis: Prepare background data for new and amended provider contracts, focusing on Fair Market Value (FMV) and Commercial Reasonableness
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between internal departments and external resources to gather documentation and resolve complex contract queries
Financial Oversight: Process and approve network physician payments and audit contract payment implementations to ensure accuracy
Strategic Support: Assist the Manager of Physician Compliance and Internal Audit on special projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance
Business: Must have prior experience reviewing legal or financial contracts
Industry: Must have 2+ years experience in Physician / Healthcare Provider Compensation
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. You should be comfortable learning new IT tools (experience with Workday is a plus)
Analytical Mindset: You can handle ambiguity, think critically, and pay meticulous attention to detail
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for interacting with healthcare leadership and internal stakeholders
