They are seeking a part-time Assistant Studio Manager to help grow membership, improve retention, and oversee daily operations while fostering member relations and managing staffing. Responsibilities
Promote studio membership, packages, and special offers
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
Reaching sales goals
Development of business-to-business partnerships
Monitoring digital marketing efforts
Assisting with lead management and follow-ups
Assist with scheduling, process, and strategy for sales
Create a culture in the studio of proactive engagement with members
Develop relationships with members to foster loyalty and maximize retention
Resolve and respond to client issues or requests promptly
Incentivize the team to promote positive member relations and active engagement
Own all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, continuous improvement, and terminations
Optimize, create, and publish staff schedule
Manage the performance of studio team members by communicating, monitoring, and driving growth in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Work with franchise ownership to create a proper bonus incentive pool for the studio team
Hold recurring staff meetings and one-on-one review sessions to ensure team, personal, corporate, and franchise goals remain aligned
Assist with new studio opening, set up, and VIP weekend
Oversee all daily operations of the studio
Monitor sessions (capacity) and make additions or modifications to daily guest appointment schedules as needed
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Order and manage all inventory of studio supplies and sales of merchandise
Ensure cleanliness standards and safety protocols are maintained at all times
Perform ongoing maintenance on the studio, the sauna rooms, and the equipment as needed
Coordinate with any outside vendors when necessary (i.e. towel service, CINTAS service, deliveries, etc.)
Attend all applicable Perspire corporate training/meetings via telephone or web conference
Prepare KPI and financial performance reports for ownership and per corporate requirements
Recurring meetings with franchise ownership to review studio operations
Qualification
Required
Sales and Marketing experience
Ability to promote studio membership, packages, and special offers
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients
Ability to reach sales goals
Experience in development of business-to-business partnerships
Knowledge of monitoring digital marketing efforts
Experience in assisting with lead management and follow-ups
Ability to assist with scheduling, process, and strategy for sales
Ability to create a culture of proactive engagement with members
Experience in developing relationships with members to foster loyalty and maximize retention
Ability to resolve and respond to client issues or requests promptly
Experience in incentivizing the team to promote positive member relations and active engagement
Knowledge of infrared sauna therapy and SNO Showers
Experience in promoting wellness

Ability to optimize, create, and publish staff schedule
Experience in managing the performance of studio team members by communicating, monitoring, and driving growth in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
