Responsibilities
Own regional logistics operations, ensuring cost, service, and performance targets are met
Develop and execute regional transportation strategy aligned with broader business goals
Build and manage carrier partnerships, negotiate rates, and oversee SLAs
Partner closely with plant leadership and senior stakeholders
Act as the transportation subject-matter expert across multiple freight modes
Leverage TMS tools to optimize planning, execution, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
5–7 years' logistics experience, ideally in a manufacturing / JIT environment
Strong knowledge of the North American truckload market
Experience with TMS platforms (BluJay/E2Open a plus)
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel up to 1–2 weeks per month
