Responsibilities
Design and build forms for concrete structures
Pour, spread, and smooth concrete using appropriate tools
Install doors, drill, and set door hardware
Install windows
Layout for stairs and common rafters
Read blueprints and utilize appropriate math skills for layout
Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
Apply pump, place, and finish techniques
Handle placement of concrete, slab on grade, and elevated decks
Communicate effectively and understand verbal and written instructions
Organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in concrete construction, carpentry, and formwork
Experience with concrete finishing and pours
Ability to read blueprints and perform layout tasks
Effective communication skills
Organizational and sequencing skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years' experience in construction
Reliable transportation
Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
Ability to work in various seasonal and weather conditions
