Responsibilities

Utilize drawings to fit and assemble structural steel products for a variety of industrial projects
Participate in the layout and assembly of structural components for steel fabrication
Ensure all established fabrication procedures are followed
Fit to D1.1 and D1.5 bridge code standards
Fit vessels/tanks to specified codes

Qualification

FCAW weldingStructural fittingSteel fabricationReading drawingsUnderstanding codes

Required

Ability to read and understand drawings, codes, and specifications
3-5 years of experience in FCAW welding
3-5 years of experience in structural fitting
3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication
Must successfully pass a drawing test before employment is offered
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the structural steel fabrication industry
