Responsibilities
Assemble and integrate mechanical components using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers, drills, wire strippers)
Follow detailed SOPs and work instructions to ensure accurate, high‑quality builds
Perform intricate wiring and cable routing requiring strong hand dexterity
Align, calibrate, and test assemblies throughout the build process
Maintain accurate documentation and complete work orders
Adhere to GMP standards and contribute to a safe, high-performing team environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months–1 year of mechanical, electrical, or assembly experience (regulated industry preferred)
Ability to read schematics and use hand/power tools
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Experience with Microsoft applications
