Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing marketing performance data across customer segments, marketing campaigns, and channels (e.g. paid media, email, events, etc.)
Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources
Conduct analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights
Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and learning sessions
Assist in creating and compiling content to promote data proficiency and adoption of Marketing Analytics products across our Marketing stakeholders

Required

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Comfortable working in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, basic data manipulation)
Ability to think analytically and explain findings clearly
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred

Exposure to tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, and Python
Coursework in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or similar
Relevant work or project experience: up to 1 Year
