Oversee the production of structural test plans with functional teams, guiding processes from design and development through validation and implementation
Define new structural test methodologies for advanced test features
Coordinate technical aspects of test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams
Manage relationships with structural test tester providers and fixture houses

Required

Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence
