Responsibilities
Design and build concrete forms
Pour, spread, and smooth concrete using various tools
Install doors and drill/set door hardware
Install windows
Layout for stairs and common rafters
Read blueprints and perform layout tasks using appropriate math skills
Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns
Utilize pump, place, and finish techniques for concrete placement
Place concrete on slab on grade and elevated decks
Utilize signals and rigging techniques effectively
Communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions effectively
Organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within the schedule
Qualification
Required
Experience in concrete, construction, carpentry, concrete form, and concrete construction
Proficiency in concrete finishing, formwork, and concrete pours
Ability to read blueprints and use general labor and hand tools
Experience in framing
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years' experience in construction
Reliable transportation
Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius
Ability to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
