Responsibilities
Represent IHS for IR&D projects and work across the division to implement best practices for more efficient and effective software engineering
Collaborate with programs to introduce innovation and alleviate program challenges
Drive innovation into new and existing programs
Utilize modern technologies, tools, and approaches to define innovative solutions for software engineering
Qualification
Required
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain
15+ years of related experience
US Citizenship required
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience delivering software solutions in restricted spaces
Agile development
DevSecOps pipeline development
Software factory experience
Low-code and no-code development
Python, C/C++, Java, or similar languages
TS/SCI required at time of hire, with an active Poly clearance strongly preferred
