Responsibilities
Perform structural design, calculations, and analysis with guidance from senior staff
Prepare construction documents and assist with technical reports and specifications
Review submittals and ensure alignment with design intent
Use BIM and design software to develop accurate, high-quality deliverables
Research and analyze data to support project planning and design
Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other design partners
Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
Develop working knowledge of building codes, permitting requirements, and client expectations
Manage multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines
Build relationships with clients and design team members
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Revit
Strong communication and comprehension skills
High attention to detail
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
