Customer Success Lead

The Customer Success Lead will advocate for customers, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes and maximize product value by building relationships and driving adoption and retention.

Responsibilities
Onboarding and Adoption: Lead customer onboarding processes, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure successful product adoption
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Proactive Engagement: Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them
Value Realization: Guide customers to achieve their desired outcomes by providing best practices, resources, and ongoing support
Advocacy and Feedback: Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization, contributing to product development and improvement
Performance Tracking: Track key customer success metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report on performance
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to ensure that customer activities are planned and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the schedule
Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 2-5 years of experience in a customer success, project management, or clinical research role
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp
The ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
