They are seeking a CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist responsible for setting up and running complex CNC machining operations, selecting proper tooling, and maintaining setup sheets for new parts or design changes.

Responsibilities
Set up and run complex CNC machining operations on horizontal/vertical milling and mill/turn with multi-axis twin spindles and twin turrets
Select proper tooling for different machining sequences
Maintain set-up sheets for new parts or design changes
Operate CNC Mills such as Mori Seiki, Makino, Kitamura, Brother, and Hurco 5-axis
Perform offsets at the controller and edit on the control
Conduct tool changes and perform first article inspections after machining
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CNC setting up and machining on vertical and horizontal milling centers
Knowledge of G&M Code with the ability to edit code and program at the control
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Capability to perform a full machine set up
Experience in setting up and operating CNC Lathe Machines
