Responsibilities

Contribute directly to product teams tackling real-world challenges for Square’s global sellers
Partner with engineering, design, research, data science, and AI teams to explore opportunities, define problems, prototype solutions, and ship impactful work
Rapidly prototype with modern AI tools, using data and models to deepen insights, and apply AI assistants to extend reach and velocity

Qualification

Required

2-5 years of work experience in a related field, OR Degree in business, data/analytics, computer science, or engineering, plus an internship in a related field
Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Replit, v0, ML models, data workflows) in academic, professional, or side projects
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Passion for product building and alignment with Square's mission of economic empowerment
We value initiative, clarity of thinking, and the ability to learn fast

Preferred

A technical or design background is a plus but not required
