Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
Support service operations with dispatching, billing, invoicing, data entry, incoming service calls, and tracking parts for our standby generator division
Service calls: take incoming service calls from residential, commercial, and industrial customers then process, record, and coordinate service call appointments with technicians and customers, and follow up on customers' inquiries
Parts: assist with evaluating all parts required on service orders, track and reconcile parts orders
Service Orders: Track, review, invoice, and bill service orders as needed
Data entry: enter write-ups and time sheets from technicians, document all correspondence in CRM
Qualification
Required
Related experience in an industrial environment
Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred
Bilingual – English, Spanish
