Responsibilities

Drive the expansion of our App Marketplace by evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring partners
Collaborate with leaders across various departments to inform integration partnership strategies
Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate partnership opportunities
Understand customer needs and identify gaps in product functionality for effective integrations
Optimize the App Marketplace program for efficiency and growth across multiple stakeholders
Communicate product vision effectively to partners inside and outside the App Marketplace
Scale team and partner programs in alignment with strategic objectives
Manage partner integrations ecosystem to ensure performance meets expectations
Collaborate closely with GTM and Product Solutions teams for effective partner launches

Required

6+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, or Product Management
Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred
Strong business development skills with experience in signing software integration partnerships
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally
Experience in developing and presenting compelling business cases to stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex problems
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Comfort in developing strategic plans from unstructured ideas
High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude; knowledge of Trades Industries is a plus
