Responsibilities
Design and maintain a highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Manage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, etc.) and containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
Set up and maintain infrastructure to support the entire engineering team, including front-end, back-end, and inference teams, as well as ML training infrastructure
Implement and manage security and compliance controls, ensuring the infrastructure supports FDA and SOC 2 requirements
Establish best practices for cloud architecture and DevOps, guiding engineers on right implementations and mentoring them
Qualification
Required
7 - 10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, or SRE at top tech companies
Experience setting up and managing complex AI/ML infrastructure on AWS
Experience building infrastructure from scratch at an early-stage company
Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA)
Undergrad in CS or Math from a top 100 school
Proficient in AWS services, Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes and Python
Experience in Kafka
Ability to set best practices and guide other engineers on infrastructure
