Shopper Marketing Associate Manager
Nutrabolt is a fast-growing, global active health and wellness company that specializes in performance-oriented brands. The Shopper Marketing Associate Manager will own the retail/execution strategy for various channels and develop programming that drives sales while building brand equity.

Responsibilities
Own the retail/execution strategy and development for FSOP, Military and Specialty channels for C4 Energy and Bloom Beverage
Develop programming that drives short and long-term sales, as well as builds brand equity
Marry customer priorities with deep consumer insight/data and brand growth ambitions to identify joint programming that will fuel consumer demand
Focus on communication and collaboration with key customer teams to drive customer buy-in and programming execution
Understand the shopper journey and incorporate insights across retailer, channel, brand, and shopper
Leverage brand assets and programming and translate those into retailer-specific shopper programs to drive velocities and gain off-shelf placement
Develop KPIs to determine program success and improve on future programming
Analyze and report on how well each program initiative achieves its specific objectives
Build and maintain relationships across sales, brand, trade, and category management
Forge strong partnerships with retailer marketing counterparts
Be the voice of Customer Retail Opportunities in customer calls/line reviews and internal meetings
Manage the shopper budget to ensure accuracy and fiscal responsibility
Qualification
Required
Understanding the shopper journey and incorporating insights across retailer, channel, brand, and shopper
Leveraging brand assets and programming and translating those into retailer-specific shopper programs to drive velocities and gain off-shelf placement
Developing KPIs to determine program success and improve on future programming
Analyzing and reporting on how well each program initiative achieves its specific objectives
Building and maintaining relationships across sales, brand, trade, and category management
Forging strong partnerships with retailer marketing counterparts
Being the voice of Customer Retail Opportunities in customer calls/line reviews and internal meetings
Strong budget management: managing the shopper budget to ensure accuracy and fiscal responsibility
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure
Experience juggling multiple priorities across various retailers simultaneously
Be an internal expert on select customers, understanding key customer strategies and successful metrics to create collaborative, consumer-first, brand-building plans
Strong communication skills, comfortable with presenting/public speaking
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Strong understanding of Military (DECA), Natural (Sprouts, Whole Foods), and Foodservice customers preferred
Ideally has 3+ years' experience in shopper, trade and/or E-commerce
Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods is strongly preferred, specifically beverage
