Responsibilities
Full P&L ownership (revenue, margins, EBITDA)
Oversight of day-to-day residential HVAC operations
Driving performance through KPIs, metrics, and operational discipline
Leading, developing, and engaging frontline and management teams
Representing the business with customers and within the local market
Partnering closely with platform leadership while advocating for local needs
Qualification
Required
GM, Operations Leader, or senior #2 experience in residential services
Background in HVAC (plumbing or electrical exposure advantageous)
Proven P&L accountability
Experience operating against budgets and performance targets
Strong command of metrics, KPIs, and operational data
Exposure to growth-oriented or investor-backed environments
Familiarity with modern field service systems (e.g., ServiceTitan)
Hands-on, credible, and people-oriented
Ambitious with a long-term career mindset
Data-driven and commercially sharp
