They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Developer to own end-to-end delivery of production AI systems, translating customer requirements into technical architecture and executing plans.

Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into clear technical architecture and execution plans
Set up the core foundation: repos, environments, CI/CD, coding standards, and documentation so other developers can build on top
Build and deploy AI applications using Python, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
Deploy and scale AI systems in production on AWS (APIs, microservices, containers, monitoring, logging)
Work on edge AI deployments (e.g., containerized models on devices, optimized inference)
Fine-tune models, reduce hallucinations, and improve reliability and safety of LLM-based features
Lead technical delivery: coordinate with other developers, review PRs, and ensure quality and timelines

Required

5+ years in software engineering (backend/full-stack), with real experience shipping and scaling AI products
Strong Python, solid backend fundamentals, and comfort with a bit of frontend when needed
Hands-on with PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI tooling; openness to learning new AI stacks quickly
Deep experience deploying to AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.); AWS certification is a strong plus
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
Track record of owning technical delivery end-to-end for client or internal projects

Preferred

Edge AI deployments (Jetson, TensorRT, OpenVINO or similar)
RAG, vector DBs, and production LLM apps (hallucination mitigation, evaluation, monitoring)
