Strategic Account Executive
edYOU Technologies is building an AI-native go-to-market engine for Graduate Medical Education, and they are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to help scale it. The role involves selling into residency and fellowship programs, navigating complex environments, and building outcome-driven business cases.

Responsibilities
Own and scale a territory of residency & fellowship programs
Prospect and multi-thread into senior GME leadership
Run consultative discovery, demos, and structured enterprise sales cycles
Navigate buying committees across academic and hospital systems
Build outcome-driven business cases (remediation prevention, exam readiness, program performance)
Maintain tight deal control and forecasting in HubSpot
Bring sharp market feedback back into GTM strategy and messaging
Help build the outbound engine — using Apollo, multi-channel sequencing, fast iteration on messaging, and real-time learning from what works (and what doesn’t)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales (enterprise/strategic preferred)
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Comfortable selling into healthcare, education, or other high-trust environments
Strong discovery, executive communication, and deal discipline
High urgency, high follow-through, low ego
Genuinely AI-native in how you sell
Experience using apollo.io
Preferred
Experience in Health or Education preferable
