Lead, mentor, and scale full-stack engineering teams delivering customer-facing products
Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution
Own technical direction and architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
Set engineering best practices around quality, reliability, security, and delivery
Balance people leadership with technical involvement (design reviews, system thinking, code quality)
Help evolve a modern platform used in regulated, real-world healthcare environments
Qualification
Required
Experience leading and mentoring full-stack engineering teams
Experience delivering customer-facing products
Ability to partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience owning technical direction and architectural decisions across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of engineering best practices around quality, reliability, security, and delivery
Ability to balance people leadership with technical involvement (design reviews, system thinking, code quality)
Experience evolving a modern platform used in regulated, real-world healthcare environments
Comfortable leading teams in a modern stack including Frontend: React + TypeScript, Backend: Node.js (NestJS or similar frameworks), APIs: GraphQL and REST, Infrastructure: AWS, microservices, cloud-native patterns
Experience guiding teams through scalable systems and integrations
