Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept, design, and validation through industrialization and market release
Lead and scale cross-functional product development teams
Support strategic growth initiatives, including new platforms, new markets, and customer-specific solutions
Define and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned to hyperscale, AI, and HPC customer needs
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background in one or more of the following: Liquid cooling systems, Thermal management / heat transfer, HVAC or mechanical systems for mission-critical environments
10+ years' experience in product development
Confident communicator at executive, customer, and board level
