Responsibilities
Follow standard work instructions accurately and consistently
Assemble components and finished products using hand tools and light power equipment
Set up and use small fixtures and jigs to support assembly tasks
Operate light manufacturing equipment, including ovens, drill presses, stamping, and riveting machines
Handle, move, and stage materials according to manufacturing orders
Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements
Perform cleaning, inking, and packaging of finished products
Record and report production and quality data as required
Communicate quality concerns or process issues to appropriate team members
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented production environment
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistency
Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
Basic reasoning and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
