Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, financial, and energy contracts (including commodities, services, technology, and credit arrangements)
Support transactions across power, gas, transmission, and renewable energy
Advise business teams on RFPs, risk management, and day-to-day legal matters
Assist with governance, compliance, IP, disputes, and cross-functional projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on complex matters
Qualification
Required
JD and active US bar admission (Florida a plus)
5–10 years' post-qualification experience in-house and/or at a large law firm
Strong commercial contracting experience; financial and energy contracts preferred
Commercial, collaborative, and pragmatic approach
Preferred
Exposure to industry-standard energy agreements (e.g., ISDAs, EEIs) is highly desirable
