Responsibilities
Acting as the technical lead across the sales and implementation cycle
Designing integration approaches and guiding customers through go-live
Supporting high-value, technically complex deals
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a fast-moving startup environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in a B2B startup environment (Series A–C is essential)
Strong API experience: reading documentation, writing sample code, debugging integrations
Background supporting complex sales cycles with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to $100K+ ACV deals
Comfortable owning problems end to end, not handing them off
