Responsibilities
Prepare detailed electrical estimates for Commercial and Industrial projects
Lead Design Assist and preconstruction efforts, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients
Review drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate budgets and conceptual estimates
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Support project handoff from estimating to operations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of electrical estimating experience in Commercial and/or Industrial construction
Strong understanding of electrical systems, building automation, and construction methods
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with Design Assist, design-build, or negotiated work
