Responsibilities
Perform production processes, and other labor-intensive tasks
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
Fully execute pack outs and pack ins including ability to lift furniture, boxes, textiles and electronics
Photo inventory and documentation of contents prior to cleaning or packing using digital software
Inspect and document contents for any damage, including pre-existing
Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines, at all times
Communicate with Owner to maintain efficient production processes
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite or workstation with a clean and orderly appearance
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of work performed, including before-and-after photos and checklists
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Excellent internal and external customer service
Great communication skills
Ability to work in a fast pace working environment
Ability to handle fragile, damaged, or high-value items with care and discretion
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds regularly
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally
Ability to work over-time, when needed
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
